Your impact zones

• Work closely with Networking, Cloud, Development and Data teams to capture their requirements.
• Develop and manage technical specifications, process documentation, process diagrams, flowcharts, summary statistics and technical architecture blueprints.
• Maintain, update and support already composed requirements.
• Create and manage a detailed backlog of development tasks and participate in development planning.
• Assist Development and Quality Assurance teams - analyze, clarify, and prioritize requirements on a day-to-day basis.
• Track and report on the state of upcoming tasks, open issues and dependencies.

Your expertise

• At least 5 years of experience in one of the following positions: Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Writer (or any other position with similar responsibilities).
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture.
• Core IT systems and infrastructure knowledge, basic understanding of IT Governance and experience in writing IT Procedures.
• Experience with the Agile software delivery approach (Scrum, Kanban) and overall understanding of SDLC.
• Ability to efficiently use Jira and Confluence on a daily basis.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel (pivot tables).
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a diverse international team.
• Ability to conduct business correspondence and maintain discussions in an intelligent and reasoned manner.

Considered an advantage

• Any capital markets industry knowledge or experience.
• Knowledge of BABOK practices.
• Knowledge of SQL, API's (SOAP, REST) and data modeling.
• Familiarity with code repositories (GIT, SVN), ability to read code (Java, Python).
